Hey guys, I'm Kari's sister, for those of you who don't know me.
I walked for 30 min on Monday
Tuesday I didn't work out.
Wednesday I scrubbed the kitchen floor by hand.
Thursday I will do cardio for 30 minutes and lower body weightlifting
Friday I will do cardio for 30 minutes
Saturday I will do cardio and upper body weightlifting
Sunday I will rest!
