hey guys we have let it go for a while and we need to get it set up again. Lets stay motivated
Hints
I started using a swiss ball for situps. In a magizene i read that a swiss ball or excercise ball will give you the bet workout on your abs. dont do a ton of rep only do 8 to 12 reps.
The "Excercise ball" is very inexpensive at Wallmart about $9 to $15 so pick one up and do 3 sets of 12 reps every day
