Hello Everyone,

Road stationary bike intverals 30 minutes one minute on full speed one mintue rest.


Intveral running on tread mill 25 minutes run 5 to 6 mph for two minutes and rest at 1 mph for three. My trainer was having me do this to lose weight after lifting. You don't have to go for hr bike ride or run for hours and you will still get the same results.

Today 38

Push Total 34

Eric, Just to let you know there is no way I will even ride in weather 47 degrees in Arizona.
