Good Morning Everyone,

Friday I went down to our church library and took a mountain bike that had been in there for like 6 years and no one claimed it. My wife is now the ward librarian( she wanted it donated but she didn't think I was the one we were donated it to). I took it to a bike shop to get it fixed. I plan on biking to work from here on out. I figure that 5 mile ride round trip will help in my cardio. The speed limit signs said I was going 19mph. Half mile later I was doing 14mph. So that was yesterday.

This morning I work out again with a buddy from work.
Incline bench dumb bells
35 lbs x 10 warm up
45lbs x 10
55lbs x 8
60lbs 2 sets of 6

Flys on incline bench
20lbs x 10
25lbsx 10
30lbs set of 10

Flys with machine
40lbs x 10
35 lbs x 8
35lbs x 8

Machine bench
100 lbs 3 set of 8

Machine incline bench
100lbs 3 sets of 8

Tomorrow shoulders or back. A body part a day work out with cardio mixed through out the week.

Garrett, You were busy with scouts/ym so that in it self is a work out mentally right? Line upon line. You can't do it all all of the time. Your body needs to rest. That's why me and Eric are going to ride you until you back on and not get lazy. If you don't work out for a week or did not do something we are going to call and make fun of you. So if you don't want us to tease you in anyway, some type of work out is better than nothing, WHAT AM I THINKING I STILL GOING TO TEASE YOU NO MATTER WHAT!
