So here are my numbers.

Sit-ups: 60
Push-ups:60
Running: 20 minutes
I also have lost another 3 pounds!!! Eating right is sure helping the weight to come off. I have also decided to drink LESS soda and try to drink caffine free. So, I am doing between 1-2 sodas a day and the rest water or crystal light type of stuff. keep up all the great work guys!! Your dedication is going to pay off!!

Go Kari! I worked out for 30 minutes on the treadmill Tuesday and Wednesday I lifted weights (8lb dumbells) for arms/chest/back. I did 3 sets of 10 each exercise:
Dumbell flys (chest)
Dumbell Press (chest)
Should press (shoulders)
Front raise (shoulders)
One arm dumbell row (back)
Dumbell pull over (back)
Dumbell extension (tricep)
Tricep kickback (tricep)
Seated dumbell curl (bicep)
Hammer curl (bicep).
I will work out on the treadmill thursday for 30 minutes. And then Friday is lower body/abs day!
