Here are the pictures Garrett has been waiting for. I need to clarify that the Valdora is my road bike. The specialize bike is the recycled cycle I ride to work. The bum in the picture is my lawn/gardner guy. I will post pictures later.

Shoudler press 2 set 10@ 90lbs warm up.
press 1 set 10@ 110lbs
2 set of 8@ 140lbs
shoulder raises side 12.5lbs 3 sets of 10
Clean shoulder press 3 sets of 8 at 65lbs
shoudler raise front 15 lbs 3 sets of 10
Machine press 2 set of 10 at 120 lbs
lat raises 40 lbs 2 sets of 8
1/25/09 5 mile round trip bike ride.
