Rode 50 minute intervals at 18 to 20 mph one minute rest and one minute all out.
Ran 20 minutes at 5mph interval two minute run and 3 minute walk at 2.5 incline.
1/29/09 Arm work out
7 half down 7 half way up and 7 full curls 3 set of 50 pounds
25 x10 and 35 x10 curls
3 set of triceps at 50
Reverse curls 40x10 and 50lbs x10
Peacher curl 15lbs 2 sets of 10 and 2 sets of 10 at 20 pounds
Single arm tricep 3 sets of 10 at 15 lbs
Fore arm curls 2 sets of 10 at 60 lbs
Back tomorrow. I think I have lost 5 lbs since working out again since christmas.
