I did try to ride the bike the other day, but I got around the block and about died (my poor little legs are still hurting). However, tomorrow I am starting a week of light cardio to get built back up, and then bang I'll be kickin' some trash. So you old man river (Garrin) better be on the look out! And you Misty, I don't know you but I'll still give you crap.
