Hey Im sorry that I have not been keeping up with the blog. I have had severl test coming my way but I still have been working out alot. I did Run yesterday and I biked today for a distance of 7.44 miles in 30 minutes.
So how about them apples.
We should all meet up at the rim and go camping this summer that would be great

or better yet lets all go to Mexico and go spend a couple of days on the beach. Kari and I have been there several times and love it. Lots to do
