What the L!!!!!!(lettuce),
It is greatly appreciated that Eric is trying to get the word out about individuals that do not post. I mean it is someone other than the workout nazi(Garrett) getting after everyone. I mean Eric has not even been working out (we know your sick) and wants other to do so. I mean come on people "Bring it on" we need more cheerleaders. So thank you Eric for your spirit fingers slash post of motivation. With that said I would like to say that I worked out Friday and Saturday.
Friday biceps and back
curls 65 for 3 sets of 10
preacher curls 25 for 3 set of 10
Lat pull down 140 for 10, 150 for 10, 160 for 8
sitting rows 140 for 10, 150 for 10 , 150 for 10
ran 1.86 at 5mph 35 mintue intervals 3% incline.
Saturday,
rode 2 hours 30 miles thru Awatukee Foothills.
This next week I am resting from all the lifting. I plan on running and cycling all week for cardio. That seems to be the only thing that loses the weight.
Garrett, did win any money so you can buy a bicycle?
