Starting All Over

Ok so I am committed to do this again.
Here I go.
Sunday Run- 12:34 minutes: 1.5 miles
Monday Workout- 45 minutes: chest, arms, back,
Tuesday Run: 2.3 miles 20:45/workout: chest, arms, back
Thursday Run: 2.5 miles 21:18 minutes
