Well its has been a while and I need to get going again. I have started again and it feels great. Since I last workout I gained about 10 pounds back and am up to 205 ya preaty crappy. But here it is I am hitting it hard again. So here is my workout.
yesterday
I ran for 3.5 miles in 30 minutes
I also joined a gym and hit the chest, abs and shoulders.
So I is good to be back
I hope that I have not lost too many people.
